Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the website kidsjumping.in (the “Site”) and booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you disagree with any part, you may not use our services.

Services
KidsJumping.in provides birthday party planning services, including rental of bouncy castles, trampolines, theme decorations, balloon decorations, and coordination of games & activities within Selected Location.

Booking & Payment Terms

  1. Booking Confirmation: A booking is only considered confirmed upon receipt of the specified advance payment (typically 50% of the total order value).

  2. Payment Methods: Currently, online payment options are not available on our website. At this time, we only offer the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment option. However, you may send an advance payment via UPI or Direct Bank Transfer.

  3. Balance Payment: The remaining balance must be paid in full before the setup of equipment on the event day, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  4. Pricing: All prices listed on the Site are in Indian Rupees (₹). We reserve the right to adjust prices or correct pricing errors at any time before confirming your order.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellation by Customer:

    • More than 3 days before the event: Full refund of the advance.

    • Between 3-2 days before the event: 50% refund of the advance.

    • Less than 24 hours before the event: No refund. The advance is forfeited.

  • Cancellation by KidsJumping.in: In the unlikely event we must cancel your booking (e.g., equipment failure, extreme weather), we will offer a full refund or the option to reschedule to the next available date.

  • Rescheduling: Requests to reschedule must be made at least 24 hours prior and are subject to availability.

Use of Equipment & Safety

  • Supervision: The Customer is solely responsible for providing constant adult supervision of children using the rented equipment at all times. KidsJumping.in staff are not responsible for supervision.

  • Safe Use: Customers must ensure users follow safety rules (e.g., no shoes, no sharp objects, no food/drink, no flipping on trampolines, no overcrowding, no mixing age groups).

  • Prohibited Use: Equipment shall not be moved, altered, or misused. Do not use equipment in rain or strong winds.

  • Damage or Loss: The Customer is financially responsible for any damage to, or loss of, the equipment caused by negligence, misuse, or failure to follow instructions beyond normal wear and tear.

Liability Limitation
KidsJumping.in shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, injuries, or losses arising from the use, installation, or presence of our equipment or services, except where such liability is mandated by Indian law.

Intellectual Property
All content on this Site (logos, text, graphics, images) is our property or licensed to us and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi, India.

Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
