Thank you for choosing KidsJumping.in for your celebration needs. This Return and Refund Policy explains our policies regarding returns, refunds, and cancellations for our party services and rentals. Please read this policy carefully before making a booking.
1. Understanding Our Service Nature
KidsJumping.in provides experience-based services (party planning, decorations, entertainment) and equipment rentals (bouncy castles, trampolines). Due to the perishable nature of our services and the customized planning involved, we do not offer “returns” in the traditional sense. All refunds are governed by our cancellation policy below.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy for Services
A. Cancellation by Customer:

More than 7 days before the event date: You will receive a full refund of any advance amount paid, minus any non-refundable payment gateway charges (if applicable).

Between 3 to 2 days before the event date: A 50% refund of the total booking value will be provided.

Less than 24 hours (1 days) before the event date: No refund will be provided. The full booking amount will be forfeited.

On the day of the event or after setup has begun: No refund under any circumstances.
How to Cancel: All cancellation requests must be sent in writing via email to team@kidsjumping.in from the registered email ID used for booking. The date and time of our email acknowledgment will be considered the official cancellation time.
B. Cancellation by KidsJumping.in:
In the rare event we must cancel your booking due to:

Extreme weather conditions (heavy rain, thunderstorms, high winds) that make equipment setup unsafe.

Unforeseen equipment failure or unavailability.

Any other circumstance beyond our reasonable control.
We will offer you:

A full 100% refund of all amounts paid, OR
-
The option to reschedule your booking to the next available date, subject to mutual agreement.
3. Refund Eligibility for Service Issues
If, on the event day, our service does not match the confirmed booking description due to our error (e.g., wrong theme decor, non-functional equipment), you must notify our on-site supervisor immediately. We will make all reasonable efforts to rectify the issue promptly.
If the issue cannot be resolved satisfactorily, you may be eligible for a partial refund. The refund amount will be calculated on a pro-rata basis for the specific service that was deficient, as determined by KidsJumping.in management in good faith.
To qualify for such a refund, you must:

Notify our team lead on-site before the event concludes.

Provide photographic/video evidence of the deficiency.

Submit a formal claim via email to team@kidsjumping.in within 24 hours of your event’s conclusion.
4. Refund Process & Timelines

Approval: All refunds require management approval.

Processing Time: Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days.

Method: Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method used during booking. The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your bank/payment provider (typically 5-15 additional business days).

Payment Gateway Charges: Any transaction fees charged by payment gateways during the original payment may be deducted from the refund amount, as these are typically non-recoverable by us.
5. Rescheduling Policy

Requests to reschedule must be made at least 24 hours before the original event date.

Rescheduling is subject to availability of equipment and team for the new date.

One reschedule is allowed per booking. A second reschedule may be treated as a cancellation.

If the new date has a higher price, the difference must be paid before confirmation.

Rescheduling within 24 hours of the event may be treated as a cancellation, and the cancellation policy will apply.
6. Weather Policy
Our equipment is for fair weather use only. The setup of inflatables (bouncy castles) is prohibited during rain, thunderstorms, or high winds for safety reasons.

If inclement weather is forecast, we strongly recommend having a backup indoor or covered venue.

If weather prevents setup on the day of the event and you do not have a suitable backup venue, the booking will be treated as a cancellation by the customer within 24 hours (no refund).

If our team arrives and cannot set up due to weather, it will be considered a cancellation on the day (no refund).

We do not provide refunds for weather-related cancellations. We recommend purchasing event insurance.
7. Damages & Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit may be required for certain high-value equipment rentals.

The deposit will be fully refunded within 3-5 working days after equipment pickup, provided the equipment is returned in its original condition, without damage, excessive soiling, or loss of parts.

If damage, loss, or exceptional cleaning is required, repair/cleaning costs will be deducted from the deposit, and the balance will be refunded with an itemized invoice for the charges.
