Introduction
At KidsJumping.in, we “deliver” fun! This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines the terms related to the delivery, setup, and pickup of our party rentals and services. Please read this policy carefully before booking.

Our Service Area
We currently provide delivery, setup, and pickup services within the Delhi NCR region, including Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Faridabad, and Ghaziabad. Service availability for specific pin codes can be confirmed during booking.

Delivery & Setup Process

  1. Booking Confirmation: Once your booking is confirmed and payment is received, our logistics team will contact you to finalize delivery timing.

  2. Delivery Window: We will provide an estimated delivery time window (e.g., “between 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM”) on the day of your event. We strive to be punctual and will inform you of any significant delays.

  3. Setup & Installation: Our trained staff will deliver the rented equipment (e.g., Bouncy Castle, Trampoline) to your specified venue address (home, community hall, farmhouse). They will perform complete setup, ensure it is secure and operational, and provide basic safety instructions.

  4. Duration: Standard rental duration is 6-8 hours. Setup and pickup times are included within this window.

Pickup Process
Our team will return at the pre-agreed time after your event to dismantle and pick up the equipment. Please ensure the equipment area is accessible and clear at the pickup time.

Customer Responsibilities for Delivery/Pickup

  • Venue Access: You must ensure clear and unobstructed access (gate width, elevator size, staircase clearance) for our team and equipment at the delivery venue. Inform us in advance about any potential access challenges (narrow lanes, high floors without lift).

  • Space & Surface: Ensure a clean, level, and hazard-free area of appropriate size for the equipment (e.g., a flat lawn for a bouncy castle, away from sharp objects or overhead wires).

  • Power Supply: Provide a standard 220V power outlet within 50 feet of the setup location for equipment requiring electricity (blowers for castles).

  • Adult Supervision: A responsible adult must be present at the venue at the time of delivery, setup, and pickup to grant access and sign necessary checklists.

Delivery Charges

  • Delivery, setup, and pickup within standard service areas are included in the quoted price.

  • For locations on the extreme outskirts or beyond our standard zone, a nominal transportation surcharge may apply. This will be clearly communicated and confirmed before finalizing your booking.

Weather & Safety Policy

  • For outdoor events, the safety of children and equipment is paramount. In case of inclement weather (heavy rain, high winds, thunderstorms), we reserve the right to delay, modify, or cancel the setup for safety reasons.

  • We recommend having a backup indoor or covered area. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy regarding weather-related cancellations.

Changes or Cancellations to Delivery
To change your delivery address or date/time, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Changes are subject to availability.
